IM FREE.
free from tests.
free from seeing some people.
free from having to go to school every day.
free from science lessons hehe. i'll study during the holidays okay!
and most importantly...
FREE FROM SLEEPING AT NEARLY 12AM EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. im gonna sleep at like 9pm every day during the hols. sleeping rocks.
doesn't really feel like it though. tomorrow i'll be out the whole day again. sigh. swim open house in school then syo after that :/ for the first time in my life i DON'T want to go for syo. but we're having a talk tmrw and apparently they're bringing STRADIVARIUS violins so i shall go. hopefully the open house will be fun. ohyeah trg after syo. urgh cos i'll be going to japan tmrw night so i decided to train one last time this week -_-"
teo! you ponned the last 2 days of school for your SLC stuff :( i missed you a lot and when i come back i know you'll be staying at the chinese high hostel so you can come to my house okay? hahaha.

i am dead. my eyes are dead. my GPA is not very dead but dying nonetheless. ohwell all these aren't very important.
I NOW HAVE SONGS FROM GREASE THE MUSICAL ON MY COM :) :) :) okay i know i sound so suaku but i used to have like, 5 songs on my com and now i have 20 over and that's considered very good for me. haha. i love grease i love aerosmith i love oasis i love the beach boys i love amber pacific blahblahblah.
i am crazy. when im studying any subject, i can suddenly break out into one of the grease songs and i can continue singing it for like, one hour while im studying. it goes to show that either grease has such cute, irresistable songs or that maybe what im stuyding is too boring and i have to entertain myself. in any case, i suspect that the former is a much more likely possibility :) but yes GREASE HAS SUCH CUTE SONGS.

i am in school now and limin and jianghe are sitting beside me in the computer lab :) hahah. MATHS AND CHINESE PAPERS ARE OVER. and i did maths till like 1am last night, but i still didn't know how to do one of the trigo questions. alright, never mind with A LOT of luck and blessing from God i MIGHT get an A. ho. hmm anyway im not too concerned over my mid-year gpa cos there are lots more tests and projects in semester 2 which i'll use to pull my gpa up. yeah. 3.4 by the end of the year YEAH YEAH i will try my best la :)
ohwell. im starting to sound like a typical rgs girl who goes on all day about her lousy gpa. but i won't talk about that anymore (:
chaoying is CHEEKO CHAO :D i accidentally called her cheeeeying! haha. teo, i want to meet your chinese high neighbour hahaha. anyway, teo didn't believe me that the hwachong pool had two entrances. then she told me this morning that she found the other entrance and that she was so sorry she hadn't listened to me on saturday -_-" of course i know about the other entrance, I STAY AROUND THERE you dodo. haha.
oh, limin and jianghe are gone now. chem spa is tmrw :/ and chem exam is next tuesday. i actually feel very happy cos some classes are having their exam next thurs. of course they will have more time to study, but i'd rather get it over and done with faster.
ck and i have planned something to do after the exams. go buy MIGHTY BEANZ with fel! xD hahaha we're crazy over the mighty beanz now, after playing with them in the physics lab last thurs. but they're being sold at like, hougang mall? haha so we gotta take mrt there i guess. fel says they're about $3 for 4 mighty beanz. that's really worth it! :D last time at toysrus i paid like $6? sheesh. ck, what happened to the sentosa thingy? haha.
tmrw im going for the vjc choir concert at esplanade with bird. im going cos her brother's singing and she asked me to. haha :) ok khoonnie when i told you i was going to esplanade, i meant for the concert tmrw. heh. anyway i love the library there. i feel comforted when i go there. well erm the air-con is so cold and they usually play nice music and the view is really pretty and blahblahblah.
they're building the integrated resort and the casino around there too :/ pls they are like literally SQUASHING AND SQUEEZING every single thing into the marina bay area. the orchard to marina area is already so packed and they still want to build more things there. why don't they convert the more unutilised land for a more useful cause? geez. they had the powerboat racing last year, i think. and they said they wanted to build an F1 formula racing thing? the roads are totally not long enough and the cars are travelling at sugh a fast speed that they'll just crash into all the buildings. okay, enough before someone comes after me with a gun.
i can just imagine it. now when i look out at the marina bay area i see the water and fullerton and esplanade and raffles place and ECP and the big marina south area where kids go and fly kites (i used to when i was really young) :) in the years to come, what i'll see will be just... buildings. BUILDINGS AND MORE BUIDINGS. it won't be pretty. CONCRETE JUNGLE. i know there's limited land space but... never mind.

hahah i just found all my juniors' blogs. they're rather entertaining :) i love xinping! she's so super funny and she always suans people. hoho.
choir concert on thursday was GOOD :D don and teo, don't worry about your busking item! it was fine. nvm you can improve next year okay? germ and i will be there for all your concerts! hope you all liked the flowers. germ and i shared flowers for don, teo and suzy. they were really pretty hehe. we gave them during the intermission. i think next year we should go up on stage at the end of the concert when everyone's clapping and give flowers to them, right germ? i bet DONDON will be reeeeeeeeeeal pleased :) oh yes, teo was one of the kids stomping around in one of the scenes for the play. teo, you looked very cool HAHAHAHA. and suzy was the OLD MAN! fairy godfather lah. "i know... i know... I KNOW." hahahahahah. dondon was the shuai JACK. hah she was really whiny xD
anyway germ and i are going for next year's concert :) and i am really blur. i didn't notice yanyee had put her macs fries on her lap for so long -_-"

i sound like a PIG :/ bird came to my house before choir concert to do stinky rs. hahaha but it was quite okay. bought dinner at cold storage jelita and we came back with one honey glazed chicken leg, one corn dog, one packet of 5 oreo wafers, meiji milk! :) and ONE PACKET OF ORIGINAL CHOCOLATE-FLAVOURED TIM TAMS! YEAH YEAH YEAH. from now on, whenever my family needs to do marketing, we are always going to jelita :) timtams! <333
oh i walked to the mobil on 3rd avenue yday and they were selling two new flavours of ben and jerry's ice cream: FOSSIL FUEL and MARSHA MARSHA MARSHMALLOW! i've actually tried the marshmallow one before and i wanted to get fossil fuel, but i remembered that i was on my diet so i didn't buy it. good huh? :) but today my mom and i ate gelare waffles :( so too bad haha it was VERY NICE.
teo went to chinese high for her SLC meeting today! hehe so she took bus home with me and we alighted at the same stop. yeah teo! <333>:( TEO! you twiiiiity salt.

hello i have plopped myself in front of the computer screen at home and am happily typing this post. the date is 8th may, monday and the time is curretnly 10.35am. no i am NOT ponning school. we had physics test on dynamics this morning and it ended at 9am so germ, teoteo, fel and i took bus home :) but i got off first. anyway, the lit people are having their lit paper right now as i type, so GOOD LUCK to them. history's so much funner cos the french revolution just rocks. yay <333 french revolution.
and btw, singh didn't teach us how to do scale drawings :/ germ found out from her friend that you could use a ruler to measure the scale of the unknown value just YESTERDAY. i didn't know so i used cosine rule and wasted a lot of time! boo. but the working and method counts more, so hopefully i will do okay. and maybe by some miracle i'll get A+ so my grade for physics will be A. HAHA what a joke. but i won't be sad if i don't get A, unlike some people hehe. so never mind.
there's extra chemistry lesson tomorrow after english paper. isn't that just SO SAD? :( i bet toh thinks i must be either really dumb or really blur. AND i bet she doesn't believe that i've been getting A for chem in sec 1 and 2. well, as far as i can remember i got A. whatever, i don't care what she says cos it won't determine my self-worth. im much more concerned with what God thinks of me than what she thinks. at least im polite and don't say anything when she's mean. i have stopped rolling my eyes so much, btw HAH. but i was quite mean during a lesson last week. you see, we're learning mole concept, then toh asked us, "what is mole?" then i turned to germ and said quite loudly, "the mole is an ANIMAL, the very cute one with a small small nose." and she started sniggering. technically my answer wasn't WRONG bcos a mole is an animal. toh's becoming more like singh. urgh. actually i think singh can be nice and smart, just that maybe he should convey ideas more clearly and give us answers to the questions we don't know -_-"
i baked brownies last saturday by myself. betty crocker's chocolate fudge brownies! :D im eating them now! yummy. and im not that scared of ovens anymore, bird! haha. i think it's good to bake my own brownies or cakes, cos that saves me a LOT of money. desserts outside are getting so expensive. sheesh.
you know, i actually thought the astronomy trip to balau bay in the last week of the june hols sounded quite interesting but i think there might be a history trip in november and i'd rather go for that one. and the BIO TRIP TO TIOMAN! :) hopefully they have it again next year cos i want to go, no less for the horrid snakes there. i will conquer my fear of them -shudders.
snakes have a terrible reputation, don't they? even in the Bible cos the snake tricked adam and eve into eating the apple in the garden when they weren't allowed to. that's why i would never want to sign up for WEP (work experience program, it's compulsory for sec 3 and 4 students in rgs) at the zoo. goodness knows what will happen if they put me in the REPTILE SECTION. either i will pretend to be sick every day and not go to work or go for work but i'll probably end up being a useless bum cos i wouldn't want to help out at all damnit.
anyway, back to bio trip :) erm it's during the march hols and it might clash with NAG but i don't really mind anymore. haha i'd rather learn bio than swim :/ haha i think my attitudes and priorities have changed. but i will try to be more positive cos school nats and singapore open are coming up? and it's erm like 6 or 7 more weeks to sing open so i will try to train harder. last year i got into final B for my events so this year i shall just aim for that. haha. owell.
life is rather mundane without SYO :( i love the gadfly suite! it's soooooooo nice. haha.

today is labour day, which means no school :) haha. i finished maths assignment 2 by myself yay hiew im so proud of youuuuuu. but now we're learning coordinate geometry which is quite boring. i just can't work with numbers. too bad.
and today is also my parents' 25th anniversary. CONGRATULATE THEM <3 haha. my dad and i actually planned a surprise for my mom but he was really blur and accidentally let out the secret to her! arrgh i was pissed at first. but nvm our whole family is blur -_-" we invited our whole family to our house and ordered lots of food. 4 chilli crabs, $50 worth of duck and charsiew, mee goreng, fried baby squid, 1 full chicken and 5 chicken rice from boontongkee, fried and steamed buns, $60 worth of sashimi and dessert! yumyum. i ate ben and jerry's ice cream at the end! yup so everyone had fun :) i bought roses for my parents too! haha they're sitting on the dining table in the hall now so pretty.
bio SPA is on wednesday. sucksucksuck! i heard it was really difficult :/
