i don't have any ideas for christmas gifts. many things in singapore are so expensive ): BOOOO i should to go thailand again! haha.
anyway dear reader of this blog, if YOU are kind, could you pls get me ANY BOOK BY NICHOLAS SPARKS as my xmas present? i'll be so so so grateful to you :D you see, i can never find his books at the library cos they're so popular that they are always on loan. good for him but sad for me.
i could always place a reservation, but reserving a book costs $1.55. ahhh whatever, im so eager to read his books!
reading is gooood (: anyway, camp tmrw till wednesday morning. hope it'll be fun. at least my group is the least sucky haha. SEE YA!

work's over! it was okay. i think margaret and i ate a lot :/ the chocolate eclair from delifrance wasn't as nice as that from beard papa. hmph so SUPPORT BEARD PAPA! haha.
this morning i ran from my house to holland village! haha it's not that long. it's about 4km. so actually, i didn't run long enough but who cares, it's my first time running this hols. and i never though i'd get down to it so i am pleased :D then uhm, i went to cold storage and bought a green apple to eat for breakfast! it was sour >.< oh, i lost 1kg hahahah GO ME!
healthy living is the way to go! i will run every day!
LOLLERS. i sound like a health shop promoter. anyway, songs from the princess hours soundtrack are nice.
can someone buy me a fit ball for christmas? (: haha the really big bouncy one that you always see in gyms! my dad didn't mind buying one last time. i dunno about now.
crys and i are planning our after-Alevels-trip! she doesn't like thailand cos the weather's hot -.-" we are crazy. we're gonna celebrate the end of our work attachments! sadly, hers is 2 WEEKS' LONG hahah neeeehhh. we shall eat ben&jerry's ice-cream and i will not eat any junk till then. i know im gonna buy stuff from candy empire when we go out.
being a paediatrician is not too bad a job, actually. you get to save kids' lives (: and see cute babies every day. hahaha but the working hours are long compared to normal office hours, i guess. i still prefer something artsy though. plus, doctors all have to be pro at science and my science is like... wah cannot make it :/ hmm but i will buck up for chem next year.

hello i am back :D but everyone seems to be away!
anyway the cruise (superstar virgo) was greattttt but im glad to be home. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING IZZY AND IZZY'S MOM! haha i love you izzy :) we swam on the first day and it was fun, thought the pool was quite small. izzy nearly got attacked, haha. we tried to do water aerobics but failed miserably. the games were really funny, especially the pool fun games. we were being idiots laughing the whole time and we didn't even play anything. the magic show was damn funny.
the memorable lines on this trip were:
"stay still, i have to hit the correct ball"
"you have a tail behind... and a tail in front too!"
hahaha! funny crap. we got a cute little medal for jenga challenge. but there were only 2 teams playing and we both tied. haha sounds so loserish. owell, FOOD WAS YUMMY (: i liked the chinese restaurant 'pavilion' best! we had dim sum for breakfast there every morning. yum, i love dim sum! bella vista, the western restaurant, was not bad too. i liked the dessert there, especially the baked alaska they served during gala dinner. it's strawberry and vanilla ice cream baked in this tiramisu-like cake thing. yummmmmmmmmmilicious. oh and the mediterranean buffet was okay. izzy loved the salad dressing haha. she ate it at least 3 times per day! xD i loved the kids' section haha.
the room was cozy. actually 4 pple can share a room, so next time if you're going on cruise, share a room with 3 other pple and maybe you can pay less for your trip haha. i slept a lot during this trip! ahh. and i'd fart when izzy came really near me >.< DON'T ASK WHY. maybe she triggers off some farting hormone in me. haha.
we stopped in penang and phuket during the cruise. penang was okay. the traffic was quite bad. i only got a cute butterfly bag, but it's good enough (: the beads shop was damn cool la! owell, too bad i didn't get anything from there. the stuff is much cheaper than those at that beads shop and heeren. oh and we didn't eat any hawker food. no prawn noodles with lots and lots of chilli! :( but it's okay, there's a little penang restaurant near my house around coronation haha. i shall visit it sometime during the hols!
PHUKET WAS GREAAAAATTTT! well, the shopping was great. bought so many things at such cheap prices! i was so happy. fine, we all know a lot of stuff there is all fake but pple like to shop in thailand cos everything is cheap so who cares about the fakes right! :D yup, bought some stuff for my family too. hmm i realised i didn't get any t-shirts! ah nvm i don't need any.
hey guess what? i think i didn't buy that many things after all :/ BOOHOO. half of the things i bought were all for pple back home! silly me. at least i got the 'marie antoinette' dvd haha. but i couldn't get 'the notebook' dvd. LOUSYYY. they didn't have it anywhere! and i can't find the book too. hmph. i only bought 2 billabong shorts and 2 sarongs/wrap skirts (yes, stop laughing) for myself plus 1 dvd. and i took 4 hours to buy all those, including gift shopping -.-" next time i'll get more t-shirts, wrap skirts, dvd's, tribal necklaces etc. haha i like tribal stuff, it's all so cool! anyway the bottomline is I LOVED PHUKET hahahh.
P.S. i didn't see any utt-lookalikes in phuket, which was kinda disappointing but i wasn't expecting to see any anyway. i will have to make do with the picture then. OH SHUT UP, I LIKE UTT. i know you all are laughing.
I HAVE TO GO BACK AGAIN! :(((((( next time, next time! and i will make a shopping list too and you all can tell me what gifts you want. hahah. and i will ride elephants, play on the beach, watch thai boxing, go kayaking in the caves, do white water rafting etc hahaha yayyyy. i should start saving money now.
there were LOADS of cute kids on this trip :D how come everytime when im on a plane i don't see cute kids? that's strange. there was this super cute little boy with a tuft of hair on his head sticking out who waved to me on the first day when we were playing in the pool. haha omgosh he was so cute when he grinned :D and on the ferry back from penang, there was an even cuter kid who looked like the baby jack-jack from the incredibles! he was SO FUNNY and SO CUTE la. he would look at me and squeal "ahhh" and start giggling. and he played with us too :DDD
the trip was super fun. i love izzy haha.
and i borrowed 6 books from the library! haha. i bought another file from art friend. argh but this one is really nice. it's a picture of autumn leaves.
our extended family (aunts, cousins etc.) came over to our house today for teppanyaki dinner (: it was fun and we had a nice time laughing about the hot springs in japan! inside joke. i ate so much. oops and my cousin shiyang who just came back from australia bought krispy kreme donuts for us! heehee. i always love family dinners cos i have the best family ever haha. i live for our family dinners/get-togethers haha okay i sound like a pig.
im starting work tmrw! my dad seems to be the most excited about it. it's only for 3 days. I WILL SURVIVE! and i've got margaret working with me haha, thank God.
i should seriously start becoming more hardworking. i've been a complete bum this month. argh. i don't want to do sec 4 chem, it's my lousiest subject EVER >.< but i will start worrying about that in december when syo concert is over.
I WILL BE HARDWORKING :( but after work expericnce, the following week it'll be syo camp! haha joanne and i will go mad again. pipetius said the camp program was gonna be damn fun. last year's camp was just... HILARIOUS, what with abj, the exhibitionist stuff, sitting by the beach till 1am, everyone eating cup noodles, playing asshole taiti where we went crazy when uranus said there was a cockroach, laughing like crazy at 4am, human-size table soccer (adriel chang was SUPER FUNNY), whacking joanne in my sleep and all. hahaha.
after the concert on dec 1st, i will start working extra hard. i'll finish rs, yes i will >:( and i'll practise piano for 3 hours every day and start reading chem, eeuw. btw i bet you're all thinking i failed chem miserably or smth. i did not fail but my marks for chem aren't satisfactory at all, that's why i have to buck up for chem. hmm and i'll start trg properly too haha (though i don't see much use in it cos no matter how hard i train im still bloody slow). i have to find some way to survive the 10km swim... sigh, i can't wait till july next year.

(: hahaha i miss you all! can we meet up when thumb and chaochao come back from their frolicking in europe? and GERM MUST COME. im not gonna let her off this time. let's go to ben&jerry's to eat ice-cream! oh yeah i remember that we all wanted to go to sentosa and play on the luge :D hahah. WE MUST WATCH DEATH NOTE 2 TOGETHER! haha. and chao, you'll have to put up with my questions about the movie. you know im very blur right.

helloooo im at izzy's house now and pop-ups keep appearing on this com. haha.
we collected our progress reports on thursday. it wasn't too bad cos i got higher that what i'd initially calculated. they moderated all the subjects that i needed only one pathetic mark for to raise my gpa so i got one whole band higher for maths, chem and english. hooray for them (: im still a little sour that i didn't get an A for maths though. anyway, the thing is that I GOT TO SEE GERM AND FART. haha it was great seeing them. germ is so cute now hahah!
fart and i went out to taka to buy food after getting our reports :D yummy yummy in my tummy! it was fun, as usual. and we were being pigs. but i didn't buy that much okay. i only got the sasuage and blizzard combo from dairy queen. OREO BLIZZARDS ARE DEEEEELICIOUS. the chilli for the sausages was too sweet. bleah then we went to kino and i was rather clumsy there :/ we met ayam, who wanted to scare me but luckily she didn't. then we headed home.

this week was the last week of school for the year 2006! haha im not that happy about it actually, cos im the only child and it can get pretty boring and lonely at home. sometimes i LIKE to attend school cos of the company. yeah, my parents are around and i love them till the ends of the earth but it would be nice to have a sibling so i'd have someone at home to bother haha.
anyway i know this is really late but NETBALL CARN WAS REALLY FUN :D 307 REALLY PWNS ALL! haha our class t-shirt looked great. and we bonded well! good job everyone! oh btw our playing was really goooooood haha. ok sorry, im being ego here. it's just such a pity that we didn't beat the mad woman's class >:( other than that, everything else was very good! our overall placing wasn't that good though, cos we have ZERO points for 2 categories. hmph. so we were only 7th our of 16 classes in the end -.-" so saaaad, we wanted to win! boohoo. nvm, we'll be baaaaaaack next year! and we have a sexyback class picture ;)
class lunch after that at lido and like 16 of us squeezed at one long table. it was fun haha. and germ came! good germ! see, she's becoming all good and cute now. watched 'the prestige' after that. it's a very interesting show. it really makes you think. everyone should watch it (: then rachel, who is EXTREMELY KIND, accompanied me to candy empire to get the bird's present! thanks rachel! <3
i satisfied my meatball craving this week. hoho! ylang, yuhan and i went to ikea on wednesday for lunch :D YUM YUM. the sauce used to dip your meatballs in is DA BOMB! and we were such cheapskates, refusing to buy drinks from ikea cos they were all more than $1. haha so we walked across the road to the supermarket to buy water at 45 cents only. hahaha.
fell asleep during the movie screening of 'an inconvenient truth' on thursday :/ sorry but chaoying and germ, who were beside me, were all sleeping so i was really tempted to sleep. then fart came to my house for rs and we were... okay (: haha. i should become more hardworking! okay RS TOMORROW! haha go go!
swim camp was rather fun la. i didn't go cable skiing cos of my injured knee. so melanie, vanessa, chriselle, chermz and i went down to the beach :D we built a sandcastle and jumped around in the water! and we tried to bury my right foot. haha SO FUN. love it! and I LOVE VANESSA! <3
uh i've decided that im not going to even apply to join odac anymore. i realised i have a newfound fear of heights. this was very evident during rock climbing. i climbed about 1/3 of the wall and i looked down... big mistake. i insisted on coming down after that -.-" sheesh i was a real WUSS. whatever. last year i could climb about 3/4. hmph.
anyway it was fun bonding time with the batch :D we had lunch together at far east on friday. they ate at BK but i ate my shilin chicken and it was sooooooo goooood! haha PIG. and all the jokes at east coast and the horridly funny trust fall etc. thanks sec 3's! what a funny bunch. we watched 2 movies on friday night. 'bring it on' was really silly. 'she's the man' was funny enough. but im glad i didn't spend money watching it in the cinema. not worth my money (:
anyway PRINCESS HOURS IS A FUNNY SHOW :D hahaha. yul's character sucks, though he has nice big eyes. his mom's the evil one. booooo go and die! you're mean! and chaochao, shin hasn't grown on me yet. i find him funny in a very annoying way. like you know, a leech? you try to pluck it off but it just insists on staying there? hahahaha okay lol. im at episode 17 now! after i finish watching this, i shall work hard on my other... work stuffs!
maybe i should watch full house. then again, maybe NOT. rain sucks. nights!
