exams are over. and i see that my chem grade is potentially going to bomb, which leaves me sorely disappointed with myself but nvm now.
we had 2 free blocks today so plus recess, that was 2.5 hours free. haha good for the people who didn't finish their bio journals like me :D so we all finished it in the free time we had yay. i'd like to thank VIVIEN RACHELKINGKOW GERMIE LIMIN BEIHAN for providing your kind assistance. hahaha.
double maths today but at least there wasn't philo. i wonder what the purpose of the special block is.
chaoying is leaving on friday! no more fantastic forays of choochoo anymore ): i am sad. when you come back, we will write a sequel!

monday was choir concert and english orals. the flowers we bought were, ahem, rather lovely ;D went for dinner with germ, ylang, yuhan and sam before concert and did you know that there's a pepper lunch outlet at the raffles city food court? haha it's so much cheaper there. whooohoo. chaoying's solo was good :) i especially loved her costume, which she so painstakingly rented from costume house. hahaha. she's really brave. YOU DA WOMAN! i completely embarrassed her after the concert singing my rendition of "you are the flower of my life!" which was also composed by yours truly. bet she was secretly thrilled.
tuesday was my mom's birthday (HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!) and national day rehearsal. omg our class was hilarious. hahahah. couldn't stop laughing when vivian siah threw the flag back into the box ;D we kept buying snacks to eat. omg fatttyyzzz. mom's bday dinner was at fish market. hoho the mushroom soup is a rip-off!!! never order that when you go there! i like the free flow of bread though. soft shell crab pasta was too much for my stomach to handle so my dad finished the pasta for me (: yay.
wednesday was eventful! our nat day performance was kinda messy but it was fun :D rachel's hairdo was... BIG. and hilarious too. she really looked the part! i liked 413's performance. hahaha. TAU SAR PIAH! they were super funny. went for lunch at yoshi with yuhan and ylang. i think it's my favourite place to eat lunch cos it's under $4. i sound so cheapo hahah. ylang is super cute. we saw cool black jeans and went to try them on. hahah. bought takopachi and went home after that.
i thought that national day parade was much better than previous years' parades. the organising comm did a really good job! and the machines made by DSTA are SO SO SO COOOOL ahhh i would really like the dsta scholarship but at the current rate im going (i.e like a snail) i will never get it. boooo.
im gonna finish studying history and ss soon, i hope >.< then i can start on physics and bio. sheesh. and chem. i think im really bad at redox and electrochemistry. so i'll go now. bye.

ben & jerry's has this new flavour called TURTLE SOUP! something along those lines. and even though their ice-cream is expensive, i feel that their innovativeness has branded them as a really funky ice-cream chain cos the names of their flavours really are catchy. they've really outdone themselves! :D
this week was normal. choir concert next monday. yay.
there are interesting food places at bishan (: like yummy meepok which costs only $2.50! limin, jianghe and i went to s11 for lunch today and i ate that.
i realise that i just do homework and practice piano. i think it's time to start studying and finishing programme notes. sigh. byeee.
joanne is a MONSTER! a wonderful monster who entertains me every day. i am not a grinch :D
