Social Life at Hogwarts

Some people don't like you, but it's not because you're a bad person. You are often misunderstood. You are determined to get whatever your heart desires. You are devoted and strong-willed. You are very caring, but only to those you love. You get excellent grades and sometimes brag. You are only scared of one thing, and that is losing someone you love. And there aren't many that you do.

Harry: Hates you because you are Malfoy's girlfriend. He thinks you'll end up a deatheater because of it. He has no respect for you or your boyfriend. He is being judgemental, but the rivalry between him and Draco blocks out all sense of kindness and logic.

Ron: Doesn't like you because, again, you are Malfoy's girlfriend. Thinks you are an okay person, but stays away because of Malfoy.

Hermione: Hates and despises you. Thinks you are extremely stupid for going out with Malfoy. Hates you for getting outstanding marks in class. She glares at you whenever you pass.

Ginny: Doesn't really like or hate you. Doesn't know you very well. Gives you weird looks.

Neville: He is very intimidated by you and steers clear of you. Scared that you'll get Malfoy to hex him.

Fred and George: Same as Ginny.

Oliver Wood: Doesn't know you.

Cedric Diggory: Thought you were a good person deep down, before he died.

Cho Chang: Is nice to you and helps you in school work. Dislikes people who judge you without knowing you. Isn't your friend. Just an aquaintance.

Lavender Brown: Doesn't bother with you. Knows who you are and that's it.

Draco Malfoy: He loves you. Thinks you are the only one who knows the real him. Constantly with you, very protective of you as well. He wished he hadn't brought you in all this Voldemort mess, but hopes that somehow you and him can escape it together. He thanks God that he has you and will risk his life for you. You defend him when people bad mouth him, and he appreciates that you care. All he needs is you. You've saved him from depression.

Pansy: Hates you, but can't do anything otherwise Draco will hate her. Thinks about getting rid of you or getting Draco to cheat on you with her. All plans so far have been unsuccessful.

Crabbe and Goyle: Like you because you are sort of nice to them and always give them something to snack on.

Dumbledore: Thinks you are a good person deep down, but knows that Mister Malfoy has gotten in too deep with Voldemort. Which means that you'll be there with Malfoy til the end, even if it means being on the Dark Lord's side. He hopes you two can survive together.

McGonagall: Thinks you are an excellent and greatly skilled student, but doesn't approve of you and Malfoy. It's none of her business though.

Hagrid: Also thinks you a great student, but dislikes that you gave up his class because Malfoy did.

Snape: Adores you and awards you points as much as possible. Thinks you are as good as he is in potions. Hopes you and Draco the best. He advises you on all your problems and is a sort of fatherly figure.

Voldemort: Is suspicious about if you are a worthy deatheater and if you are loyal to him. He doesn't know for certain that you and Draco want to leave. He keeps a close eye on both of you.

Reputation: Draco's Girlfriend.

girl of few words. this is succint enough for now.

not even asking for an explanation, just wondering blindly. hoping, praying and hoping some more.

God will answer the calls of the faithful. i hope, though i doubt, that i can qualify.

one day i will just stop caring and see how unbecoming that might be.

P.S. syo concert was FUN :) really fun. wish it weren't over. miss tchaikovsky 5th symphony. miss my crazy stand partners. miss dbsk!!! (deborah bug serene kohkohkrunch!)

____ is good. i repeat that hopelessly in my mind to change my stubborn mentality.

suitability and adaptability are at an all-time low. the world can just spin around me and i probably wouldn't notice. just stuck in this rut. sometimes it feels like a splotch in a picture, an open wound. something that shouldn't be there.

people ask me the same question everyday. i give the same answer most of the time with the same smile on my face, yet i wonder if i know what i am even talking about. hahaha, i laugh, and can you hear the sarcasm dripping in my voice?

flipping, fluttering, jumping, 180 degree turns... that feeling is all too stranger to me. it comes at random moments which i have no control of and it leaves me feeling disgruntled. the helpless, hapless creature i am.

i look around for something to hang on to when the tide is coming in but i see nothing. no life buoy, no float, nothing. not even a message in a bottle.

i trudge along, hoping against hope.

then i ask God why?

it all feels so alien. you think you know but you have NO IDEA.

but that familiar tune, that familiar picture... give me hope. enough hope to last. hopefully the sustainability rate will be high.

smack - and my fingers start running. i wish my legs could carry me as fast. i could have walked all the way home from rehearsal today it i were feeling crazy enough, with a backpack and violin in hand, dragging my feet slowly.

yes, say hello to the mollusc in its shell. prod it - but it refuses to come out. you need to find the right person to coax it out of its comfort zone :)

SYO concert is this thursday :) and after that there's nothing much to look forward to. the thought of leaving next march really depresses me. alright, there's peixian and ada's band concert cum play on friday and bwinter oglympics and um... class camp.

it's nearly 2am. what am i doing here? math tutorial 4 is only two-thirds done. ta-ta.

all SYO pple, PLEASE SLEEP EARLY ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT! jinjun has been appointed to chase all SYO pple offline at 12am on thursday. ah shoot, i need to pack the stupid black flats.

og outing was fun cos we laughed and laughed, same goes for class outing which was slightly more fun, surprisingly.

it's 11pm and i want to go for a walk. to just walk in the night, without a destination but my legs just carrying me to wherever they feel like going. emo? i think not. just feeling the need to get out on my own and breathe some fresh air.

strawberry pocky is happy food, it makes life seem that much better and is the solution to some of life's problems. just some minor ones :)

random interesting thing that happened in school this week was that on monday, about 7 of us girls from 09SO3A decided to camwhore in the toilet before GP lesson, albeit taking only one picture which probably cannot be classified under 'camwhoring' but it was rather amusing anyway. shall get arias to send the picture over.

so my birthday was on wednesday. i have joined the '17 club', as gabriel tong puts it :) thanks to everyone who wished me happy birthday, including the random people who don't even know me!!!

thank you BW 08 for singing me a birthday song in the morning and for the donut! you all are really the BEST BEST BESTESTEST BEST OG that i could have asked for :D

thank you to all those who gaves me notes/presents! :D for those of you whose birthdays were before mine, i got you all presents too! yay. and i'll get presents for the rest of you when your birthdays come! btw, joanne gave me the snake stuffed toy from ikea even though she probably knows how much i fear all reptiles. hahaha.

thank you to my SYO friends for wishing me happy bday along the corridors after school :) haha this is the best cca ever.

thanks to germ fel vivien sam limin margaret chaoying ylang yuhan joanne and the others who shared the cake for me :D you all are great! and germ is so SLY. hahaha. and thanks to germ fel sam for having lunch with me! the mentaiko (cod roe) pasta at pastamania isn't that great... i wanted to puke after eating it but maybe that's cos i wolfed everything down in 5 minutes cos i was in a rush.

thanks to 09SO3A for staying back after school f0r about an hour to share the cake! haha i never expected such a good birthday. happy birthday to chew min as well! the class picture we took is gorgeous :) there are about 60+ pictures in my camera from that day alone, though some of them must be credited to people like ryan who camwhored using my camera. haha. i love all the pictures! really :D everyone looks really happy. (it might have had smth to do with the fact that my bday also happened to fall on the last day of school)

thanks leican for being my dinner date :D it's such a pity that we didn't manage to finish eating the ramen (my first time ever not finishing it!) but at least we finished the soft shell crab! haha.

i really thank God for all of you in my life and for the blessings that you all are :)
